$150 for same-day cancellations; $100 for cancellations made within 48 hours of service.

By signing this form, the authorized cardholder agrees to pay for the services and allows the credit card to be charged. If the card is declined or no longer valid, a new card must be provided the same day. A $25 processing fee will apply, plus $25 per day until the balance is paid.

Charges for services already completed are non-refundable. Any unused portion of a pre-payment will be refunded within 30 days. If the home is not reasonably decluttered before the scheduled service, a $50 service fee will be added to the final bill.

Minor imperfections such as dirt, crumbs, fingerprints, etc... left behind by our cleaners do not qualify for a discount.
