I agree to inform Cleaning Dino via text about any cancellations at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a charge of $75.00. Additionally, minor imperfections, such as dirt, crumbs, fingerprints, or other small oversights inadvertently left behind by our cleaners, do not qualify for a discount.

By submitting this form as an authorized cardholder or corporate officer, I acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this agreement. I consent to pay for the services provided and expressly authorize the charging of my credit card. Additionally, should my credit card become invalid, I agree to promptly provide a new, valid credit card to be charged for any remaining balances due. Additionally, a processing fee of $25 will be charged if my card declines.

I understand that any charges incurred for services performed by Cleaning Dino are non-refundable. If I have made a pre-payment, any unused portion will be refunded within 30 days. Additionally, I acknowledge that if my home is not reasonably decluttered before the scheduled service, a service charge of $50 will be added to my final bill.
